- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My partner and I have known Tom and Debbie since we bought our first house in Bartlett in 2006. The first day we met I had a rough day at work and my partner got to their office before I did. When I walked in the door, Debbie said "so I have to keep you happy." My partner had told her I would be stressed out and in a bad mood when I got there due to my job. I was kinda of upset at him for saying that, but Debbie had me when she said it. We relocated to Nashville in 2009 and have our house here insured with them as well. A couple of years ago, Debbie contacted Johnathan to let him know we were going to get a large invoice for our rental property in Bartlett, because our renewal notice had inadvertently marked our kitchen as an Industrial style kitchen. She told him to tell me to ignore the invoice that she had already gotten it corrected. That's just one story of how Tom and Debbie take care of their customers.
